The chair is very comfortable but I do wish it was just a little higher so I could lean my head against the back. It was easy to assemble despite the cryptic instructions. My biggest complaint is that instructions on how to adjust the chair using the knobs was not included! Also despite the great discount price for the chair, shipping was a little pricey. However, I must be the perfect height for the chair (5'4") or else I have the perfect computer desk for this chair because I can put my arm on the armrest when using my mouse. Hopefully this will help my carpal tunnel. -- Great chair but not perfect

Product as advertised. What was expected for the price. Works fine as PC chair. Assembly easy. Rolls fairly well on carpet. Satisfied with the product. -- Computer chair
